Whether it’s learning how to help pre- and post-natal and active aging clients achieve their fitness goals, or discovering how to properly handle the workout of a client who has undergone treatment for breast cancer or is in post-rehabilitation following an accident or surgery, Merrithew offers a range of workshops that will prepare Instructors for working with these populations.
