Freight & delivery policy

Upon delivery, please inspect your order and note any shipping damage to the outer box/skid on the carrier’s waybill prior to signing for receipt of the order.
If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.
We will not be responsible for damage to your order that is not reported and noted on the waybill.
IMPORTANT: Please use care when opening your freight. Box cutters should not be used due to potential damage to upholstered parts on your equipment.
Any damage to product or missing/incorrect items must be reported within five business days of receipt.
We cannot be responsible for, or make compensation for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include shipping company delays, customs/border clearance delays, inclement weather and natural disasters.
DVDs & Accessories
Within Canada & Continental USA
Small and mid-sized items (DVDs, Flex-Band exercisers, Mini Stability Balls™, Fitness Circles resistance rings, etc.) are shipped in envelopes via standard postal service and should arrive within approximately 10 business days. Accessories such as Arc Barrels, and manuals are shipped via standard service courier and should arrive within approximately five to eight business days.
Calculating Shipping Rates – Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the dimensional weight or actual weight of the products being shipped (whichever is the greater of the two). Rates are also determined by rush versus regular delivery service and the final shipping destination.
Outside Canada & Continental USA
Small and mid-sized items (DVDs, Flex-Band exercisers, Mini Stability Balls, Fitness Circle resistance rings, etc.) are shipped via express service courier and should arrive within approximately five to seven business days.
Large Equipment shipments
Within Canada & Continental USA
Large equipment is shipped by ground via a freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
When placing your order, you will be advised of your delivery options:
- Curbside delivery is a liftgate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.
- Inside delivery service consist of the drivers removing the equipment from the truck. The drivers will unpack your shipment, carry it inside and leave it in the room of your choice (additional charges apply for stairs). The carrier takes away the packing material and skids.
- White glove delivery service includes the driver unpacking your shipment, carrying it inside and leaving it in the room of your choice (additional charges apply for stairs). You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. They will assemble your equipment up to and including everything but attaching springs and accessories. The carrier takes away the packing material and skids.
Unless specified all freight quoted is for “Curbside” delivery and does not include inside delivery or set up of the equipment as part of the delivery service. Once your shipment is in transit, your delivery method (for example, curbside or white glove) or destination cannot be easily changed. If changes are possible, carrier fees may apply.
With the exception of White Glove Delivery, you are responsible for setting up your own equipment. Reformers, Wall Units and Ladder Barrels arrive 90% assembled. Cadillacs and Stability Chairs™ require additional assembly or installation labor. All products are shipped with instructions and basic tools to facilitate this process and our Customer Service Specialist is available to assist with any questions you may have.
Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee will apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and will be the responsibility of the consignee. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges. Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions (e.g. narrow passageways) will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote will be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
International and overseas shipments
Standard quoted shipping options include Ocean Freight to nearest port or Air Freight to nearest airport. Door-to-door delivery may be available for your order at an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
Local customs & duties outside US & Canada – Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the Buyer’s responsibility; Buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which Buyer is receiving the goods.
