Modular Learning Option
Complete IMP- Module 1 first, followed by IMP- Module 2 within 6 months. Complete IR-Module 1 first, followed by IR-Module 2 within 6 months. No (full program required)
Admission Requirements

Pilates Experience

  • Minimum 30 hours of participation in Pilates classes or workouts.

Basic Knowledge of Anatomy

  • Must understand functional anatomy, including muscle attachments, actions, and basic biomechanics.
  • Highly Recommended: STOTT PILATES® Anatomy & Exercise Fundamentals for Movement Professionals

Pilates Experience

  • Minimum 30 hours of participation in Pilates classes or workouts.
