Jim Heidenreich is the Chief Executive Officer of Merrithew®, the global leader in Mindful Movement equipment and education. With more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across the consumer, health and wellness, and sporting goods sectors, Jim has guided brands through transformation, innovation, and international expansion.

Before joining Merrithew, Jim held executive roles at companies including Certor Sports, Springs Global, and Complete Nutrition, where he built high-performing teams, accelerated product development, and strengthened global market presence. He’s known for combining strategic vision with operational discipline, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sustained growth.

At Merrithew, Jim is focused on advancing the company’s leadership in Pilates and mindful movement. His priorities include expanding Merrithew’s innovation platform, growing its global education and training community, and deepening engagement with studios, instructors, and wellness organizations worldwide.

Driven by a lifelong belief in the power of movement to improve health and quality of life, Jim is committed to promoting accessible, science-based Pilates and mindful movement for people of all ages and abilities.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and an MBA from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.

Beth Gibbs-Bartel Beth Gibbs-Bartel
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Beth Gibbs-Bartel plays a leadership role in executing the company’s corporate strategic plan; overseeing revenue strategy, growth, and global expansion. Responsible for boosting revenue-driving departments, she collaboratively works to maximize performance, partnerships and the customer experience across multiple product lines.

Beth oversees Merrithew’s domestic and international sales of B2B and B2C equipment, fitness accessories and Global Hosting education training.

Prior to joining Merrithew in 2004, she was a Senior Vice-President with KOCH Entertainment Inc. Beth is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and completed a Masters Certificate in Sales Leadership from the Schulich School of business at York University.

Randy Auld Randy Auld
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Randy Auld is the Chief Operating Officer at Merrithew, bringing more than 20 years of experience in global operations and supply chain management. With a career spanning the automotive, industrial machinery, and cosmetics industries, Randy has led transformative initiatives ranging from plant automation to supply chain digitization.

Prior to joining Merrithew, he held senior leadership roles at Magna International, Husky Injection Molding, and Cosmetica Laboratories, where he built a reputation for driving operational excellence and innovation. A graduate of Durham College with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Randy is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering sustainable growth.

Shannon Fable Shannon Fable
Senior Vice President, Education

Shannon Fable is the Senior Vice President of Education at Merrithew, a global leader in mind-body education and integrated movement solutions. With nearly 30 years of experience, she is known for transforming ideas into executable strategy while building scalable systems that drive results. A recognized industry innovator and integrator, Shannon has worked with top brands like Schwinn®, BOSU®, Power Systems, Anytime Fitness Corporate and FIT4MOM, and served as Chair of the ACE Board of Directors. She co-founded and sold GroupEx PRO® and is a Book Yourself Solid® Licensed Professional and EOS® Integrator Mastery Forum Pro Member.

Meghan Gogan Diesveld Meghan Gogan Diesveld
Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Meghan leads Merrithew’s marketing, eCommerce, and brand strategy to drive revenue, increase growth and build awareness of the commercial and retail sales and education programs.

Before joining Merrithew, Meghan built her fifteen years of experience working agency-side, client-side, and in-house managing major brands, accounts, and international launch strategies — including Small Luxury Hotels of the World, American Express, and the New York Tourism Board. This global and national experience earns Meghan a unique cross-cultural perspective that serves Merrithew’s ever-growing global community.

Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. She has also achieved certificates in marketing and leadership from institutions including the London School of Business and Finance and Cornell University.

Jonathan Whitby Jonathan Whitby
Vice President, Product Development

Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in the Pilates industry and played a key role in building Align-Pilates from its inception through to its acquisition by Merrithew in 2024. Over nearly two decades, he has worked across sales, operations, and product development, gaining deep, hands-on insight into the needs of instructors, studios, and clients worldwide.

As Vice President of Product Development at Merrithew, Jonathan is responsible for driving innovation across the company’s equipment line. His approach is grounded in feedback, regularly connecting with teachers and customers to identify opportunities to enhance performance, precision, and user experience. From new materials to patented systems and designs that improve durability, flow, and adjustability, Jonathan is dedicated to setting a new standard for what’s possible in Pilates equipment.

Based in the UK, he works closely with Merrithew’s Canadian headquarters and global sourcing partners. His international experience has given him valuable insight into the evolving needs of a diverse, global market. Jonathan is focused on creating products that make Pilates more accessible, while supporting its role in fitness, rehabilitation and active aging. His guiding principle is clear: in an industry that continues to grow and change rapidly, standing still means falling behind.

Dan Olsson Dan Olsson
Vice President, Digital Technology

As the Vice President of Digital Technology, Dan is responsible for discovering and guiding how the usage of new and existing technologies can be leveraged to best serve the business now, and into the future. Dan calls upon his many years of software development experience including management and leadership roles to plan and deliver solutions that matter. With the IT department reporting to Dan, their aggregate bench strength spans infrastructure to multi-discipline development technologies. These varying skills have allowed his team to successfully implement new systems, digital processes and technologies company-wide with minimal downtime.

Having attended Niagara College and obtained an advanced Computer Programmer Analyst Diploma, Dan finds that people can be the most fascinating aspect to a solution. Given this interest, Dan has attended Schulich School of Business to learn more about the practices of Mindful Management and how it applies to his role as Vice President of Digital Technology.
