Note, only items purchased directly from Merrithew® may be returned. If your product was purchased through a distributor, reseller or third-party retailer, contact them directly.
All authorized returns must include an RA (return authorization) number (see details below).
DVDs, mats and accessories
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of these items for a full refund, exclusive of shipping, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition:
- Fitness Circle® Lite & Pro resistance rings
- Flex-Band® exercisers and handles
- Exercise Mats
- Stability Balls™/Toning Balls™/Medicine Balls
- Foam Cushions
- Rubber Pads
- Foam Rollers™
Merrithew DVDs may also be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, provided that they are unopened and not damaged. In the event that your DVD will not play on a particular DVD player, but works on other units, this is usually indicative of a DVD player that needs servicing. A defective DVD will only malfunction at the same point on a disc even when using different DVD players. If the fault experienced is random (even in different players) this is another indication that servicing of the DVD player may be required.
Any defective products may be returned and replaced with the same item. Should you receive a defective product, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details and we will arrange replacement of the item.
DVDs included with equipment bundles and/or course packages are not returnable for refund, exchange or credit.
We do not accept returns from individuals on educational manuals, unless you are registered for a course which has been cancelled and the Manual is in original, resalable condition.
Education Host sites that have purchased course materials are permitted to return any unused materials for a full refund; less shipping costs.
Please note that printed materials including posters and wall-charts are non-returnable, unless damaged in shipping. We will replace any damaged items with the same items.
Return procedures for DVDs, mats, accessories and education manuals
If you have an item that falls within the guidelines above, contact our Retail Sales team to begin the return process.
Once your return request is approved, a support agent will email you a return authorization form confirming your return authorization (RA) number and the return address. Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box and any paperwork accompanying your return. Products received without an RA number will not be processed. Any products sent C.O.D. will be refused. Please discuss return shipping method with your support agent.
If the return is being sent from outside of Canada, please write “Canadian goods for return” on the outside of the package, and indicate the value of the goods being returned as “$0.00” in order to avoid brokerage fees. Merrithew will not pay for any charges related to incorrect paperwork on goods being returned to Canada.
Once your return has been received, inspected and processed, your credit card will be refunded immediately.
Reformers and large equipment
All Merrithew equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components and carries one of the best warranties in the industry. As all products are custom made to order, equipment purchased from Merrithew may not be returned or exchanged for refund.
If your product is defective, contact our customer care team for assistance in resolving the issue.
Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced per the product warranty. If we opt to repair or replace your equipment, we may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at our manufacturing facility prior to repairing or replacing the product.
Note, discounted items may have been gently used as demos, returned unused, or discontinued. While they are fully functional, they may have slight blemishes or minor imperfections.
