Registration and fees

To confirm registration for any STOTT PILATES®, ZEN-GA®, CORE™, Total Barre®, Merrithew® Fascial Movement, Halo® Training Foundation and Professional Development courses/workshops, full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Failure to submit full payment will result in forfeiting your spot in the course/workshop.

Private education sessions and examinations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Student cancellation/change policies

Please note that all sales are final for any course/education session/exam/workshop.

If a student requests a schedule change to the course dates after registering, a change fee of $220 (+ tax) per course will apply.

Once a private education session (e.g. review, workshop, etc.) has been paid for, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

STOTT PILATES® examinations are to be scheduled and paid for within six months from the last date of your course. When an exam has been paid for, the exam can be rescheduled once with a $110.00 (+ tax) change fee. If a student requests a second reschedule of the same exam, the student must pay the full exam fee again.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel or make modifications to courses and workshops up to 3 weeks before the scheduled date. When necessary, adjustments may also occur during the course.

If you are absent from your scheduled workshop, your enrollment fee will be applied as a cancellation fee, and no credit or rescheduling will be provided

 

Online Education

All virtual education is offered with live-streamed, mentor-led instruction. To participate, students must have access to the required equipment and props for their selected education. All large equipment and accessories, such as the Reformer and Stability Chair, must be Merrithew® equipment.

Please note that virtual education is not recorded, and recording or photos of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Students are required to keep their camera on for the full duration of the virtual education, and participation is required to receive their CECs and completion letter.
