The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.
A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio
Nicole enjoys an active lifestyle and is an avid hiker, runner, cyclist and swimmer. She fell in love with Pilates immediately, as it provided excellent cross-training for her other physical activities. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, and became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2011. She is now a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES and CORE™. Nicole is continually upgrading her training and knowledge. She is an ACE certified personal trainer, an AFAA group fitness instructor, and has trained in the MELT method and TRX Suspension Training. She has also taken part in the Pink Ribbon program for breast cancer. Her passion for teaching is apparent in her outgoing and caring demeanor. She always puts clients first, and provides them with an enjoyable and productive workout.

Bio
Noémie Jane Bull started training in Pilates in 1991 while studying in dance at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She received her Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in Contemporary Dance and Music at the University of Quebec in Montreal. In 2010, she was certified in STOTT PILATES® and became an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew® specializing in STOTT PILATES Mat & Reformer in 2012. In addition to teaching Pilates, she is a massage therapist, obtaining her certification at the GUIJEK INSTITUTE and KINE CONCEPT schools in Montreal in 2007. She later obtained her credentials in the Osteodynamie technique. Noémie enjoys working with a variety of clientele from different physical backgrounds but has the greatest interested in Injuries and Special Population and functional anatomy for movement.

Bio
A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Olivia specializes in outpatient orthopedic injuries, using the STOTT PILATES® method to aid her clients in their rehabilitation. Olivia became a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor in 2004, and by 2009 had become an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew® specializing in STOTT PILATES. Olivia practices Physical Therapy at the United States Athletic Training Center, and also teaches group and private Pilates classes at Yoga Works. In both her Physical Therapy sessions and her Pilates teaching, Olivia enjoys using her expertise in anatomy of movement to help her clients achieve optimal function and performance.

Oscar began his training with STOTT PILATES® in 2010 became a fully Certified Instructor in 2013. Very shortly after that he began his training to become an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew®. He is now currently teaching at our Licensed Training Center in Milan, Italy.

Bio
Before joining the Merrithew community, Pablo worked as a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and holds a Master’s degree in Neurocontrol Motor, Sports Rehab, and Therapeutic Exercise Prescription. He gained extensive clinical experience treating complex musculoskeletal, postural, and neurological conditions, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, motor learning, and functional rehabilitation.
He was drawn to the STOTT PILATES® method for its precision, logic, and scientific foundation, which aligned naturally with his clinical background and passion for teaching. Seeing how effectively the method improves both learning and client outcomes inspired him to pursue the Instructor Trainer pathway.
Pablo is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a global community committed to movement and lifelong learning. As a Master IT and course developer, he is inspired by the evolution of the Merrithew curriculum, global collaboration, and the meaningful impact of high-quality movement education. Supporting new ITs and elevating educational standards remain central to his work.
His areas of interest include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, exercise programming, biomechanics and motor learning, research translation, and mindful movement.
