Join Merrithew Lead Instructor Trainer Bianca Bolissian as she explores the different muscle groups and correct biomechanics of Side Plank on the V2 Max Plus Reformer from the ZEN•GA® repertoire. By concentrating on which muscle groups are engaged throughout the exercise and using the Reformer for support and feedback, yoga practitioners can build the strength required to execute Side Plank in a Mat-based practice.
