Global health and fitness company partners with central London's YMCA® fit
May 19, 2011 – TORONTO, May 19 - With the growth of The Merrithew Health & Fitness Group's business development initiatives worldwide, the Company is proud to announce YMCA®fit in Central London, England has joined their international network of licensees as the official Licensed Training Center.

Developed by Lindsay and Moira Merrithew in collaboration with a group of fitness professionals, medical practitioners, and physical therapists - STOTT PILATES has been refined over the years in accordance with modern day biomechanics, principles of exercise science and rehabilitation. This clear and comprehensive approach forms the basis for STOTT PILATES training and certification programs.
YMCAfit has recently installed brand new STOTT PILATES equipment at its Great Russell Street location and this exciting new partnership will provide access for students to a full range of education in the future including courses, workshops and exams.
