Spot the Difference

Lead Instructor Trainer Rie Sakamoto demonstrates how to use the acuBall to assist in releasing tension around the posterior neck where pain and stress often accumulate.

Question: Which picture shows the correct position?

Photo A

Photo B

Answer: Photo A. The heated acuBall is placed at the base of the neck near the occiput.

In Photo B, the acuBall is too low on the neck, placing the cervical spine in hyperextension and straining the front of the neck.
