This workshop, created by the Merrithew® team, focuses not only on preventing falls but also on ensuring effective recovery from them. By incorporating the Stability Chair and Cross-Bow handles into our exercise routines, we can offer older adults a comprehensive tool for enhancing their postural stability, strength, and flexibility, ultimately improving their ability to recover from falls and maintain an active, independent lifestyle.

Learning objectives

  • Apply the STOTT PILATES Principles to exercises on the Stability Chair.
