This four-hour workshop, developed by the Merrithew® team, follows the 11-Segment, one-hour class template that was introduced in the Total Barre Foundation Course, designed to target all areas of the body through all planes of movement. Using a selection of your favourite props like the Flex-Band® Loop and Sliding Mobility Disks, participants learn creative choreography and experience fascial concepts like swing patterns and tensgral expansion. This workshop features lively, motivational tracks of Merrithew Music™ and simple, easy-to-follow exercises carefully crafted to deliver maximum results.
