This four-hour workshop, developed by the Merrithew® team, follows the 11-Segment, one-hour class template that was introduced in the Total Barre Foundation Course, designed to target all areas of the body through all planes of movement. Using a selection of your favourite props like the Flex-Band® Loop and Sliding Mobility Disks, participants learn creative choreography and experience fascial concepts like swing patterns and tensgral expansion. This workshop features lively, motivational tracks of Merrithew Music and simple, easy-to-follow exercises carefully crafted to deliver maximum results.
