STOTT PILATES® Fitness Circle® Strength, Endurance & Recovery Flow Sequences

5200

Experience the versatility of the Fitness Circle® Lite in this flow-based workshop built around structured Strength, Endurance, and Recovery sequences for whole-body conditioning. Explore two clear teaching formats: Integrated Flows, which blend strength, endurance, and recovery within a single sequence, and Themed Flows, in which these elements are trained separately through linked exercise chains. Both formats highlight multi-planar movement, smooth transitions, and dynamic alignment, challenging coordination, control, and stamina while keeping classes engaging and purposeful. Learn how to organize Fitness Circle exercises into balanced, adaptable flows that can be used for group Matwork or private sessions. This workshop is ideal for instructors seeking creativity and structure in their programming, demonstrating how the Fitness Circle Lite delivers integrated strength training and recovery-focused sessions for a wide range of clients.
