STOTT PILATES® Dynamic Balance, Stability Ball™ Level 2


In this workshop, developed by the Merrithew team, torso stability is further challenged with major emphasis placed on balance and proprioception. This fun and invigorating workout truly challenges the core with specific exercises reminiscent of moves on the Reformer, designed to increase strength and mobility of the whole body.

  1. Apply STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles to Stability Ball exercises
  2. Understand movement essence and exercise goals
  3. Develop proprioceptive awareness due to the unstable nature of the Stability Ball
  4. Understand how to challenge stability safely
