In a workout that brings focus to mindful mobility, receive practical tools to learn, create, and cue quality movements that reinforce the ZEN•GA® principles of Breath, Support, Yield and Flow. Music is used to create a rhythmical atmosphere which enhances the movement experience and transforms simple choreography into a high quality mind-body workout. This workshop, from the movement experts at Merrithew™, incorporates new research linking fascia to muscle contraction, force transmission, posture and proprioception.

Learning objectives

  1. Reinforce the ZEN•GA® principles to exercises that address the whole body.
  2. Explore how the addition of music can alter the ambiance of a workout and how this can be used to benefit each client individually.
  3. Learn how to respect individual client differences through creative programming based on a solid foundation.
  4. Discover how to create full-body focused programs that heed ideal posture, alignment, muscle activation and flow.
