Job summary
We are a by appointment only facility, we do not sell memberships, we are not a health club, we have a small amount of people in the facility at one time so we can focus on one client at a time. We have always had small classes 5-6 people. Balance for Life is a customer focused business. We have implemented high levels of safety protocols to protect our staff and clients https://www.balanceforlifefitness.com/covid-19. We are conducting indoor, outdoor and Zoom sessions and classes. We are hiring at this time because some of our staff with school aged children’s schedule are changing with kids doing online schooling so we have clients we need to match up with another trainer to keep the clients schedule consistent.
Are you seeking a facility that caters to the client? Join our amazing team of instructors. Balance for Life Fitness Center in Arden Hills is seeking a Pilates Instructor. Balance for Life was established in 2000. We are a non-membership based facility that offer Pilates, Personal Training, yoga and massage therapy. We have a fully equipped facility with an amazing Pilates area that includes Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Ladder Barrel and more. Balance for Life has a two separate class rooms one for group Reformer classes with 6 Reformers and the other for Pilates Mat classes with a maximum of 5 people. We are open to all candidates that have been trained and Certified through a reputable organization.
We provide the clients which means no sales for you. You focus on training clients. Working one-on-one with clients creating customized programs to assist them in achieving their fitness goals. You also have the option to teach small group Mat and/or Reformer classes We are seeking a candidate that has experience in working with clients with injuries. All staff are employees and compensation is based on experience, education and availability. We offer part time up to full time. Balance for Life provides health insurance and vacation for staff that are full time.
