Pilates Buddies is a fast-growing boutique-style Pilates Studio located in the heart of Richmond Hill which offers a large variety of classes.

Clients of any age, any fitness level can find the right class for themselves. Whether recovering from an injury or simply toning, Pilates Buddies offers a unique program designed specifically for the client.

Top of the line Stott equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder barrel, etc.) offers an opportunity for clients to exercise and improve or even change their lifestyle.

• Performs fitness screening for new clients, including fitness, medical history and goal setting Identifies areas of strength and development
• Develops safe and comprehensive client specific programs Effectively monitors and instructs clients in private, semi-private or group classes Pilates classes using verbal, tactile, and visual cueing
• Must have Pilates Instructor Certification in Matwork and Reformer (Cadillac, Ladder barrel and Stability Chair training preferred)
• Polestar Pilates training is an asset
• Energetic, positive and motivating teaching style
• Must be available at least 5 hours per week (including early mornings, evenings and weekends) Punctual, reliable and dedicated
• Strong knowledge and understanding of human anatomy in relation to movement
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and demonstrated experience as a team player
