Experienced Pilates Instructor - UAE

We are seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. The appropriate candidate will be a very client-focused instructor, dedicated to providing dynamic group classes, quality private sessions, and looking to both develop relationships with our clients as well as deliver the best experience possible.

The Instructor will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Pilates instruction to include group mat and reformer classes, private and semiprivate training as scheduled by management.
• Visually inspect the rooms and equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
• Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and make recommendations to management about updates
• Must arrive at a set time prior to the beginning of each scheduled class or private/semiprivate session
• Participation in staff meetings and Bodytree events
• Self-promote own classes along with other instructors’ classes

• Must be qualified and skilled at teaching Mat Pilates, along with a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe yet creative group experience
• Experience in teaching Chair and Cadillac desirable
• Able to speak fluent English and be able to communicate well with others both one-on-one and in front of groups
• Up to date CPR training or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated anatomical knowledge and focus on safety
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• In depth understanding of the benefits of Pilates
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to implement and streamline new procedures in a diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and proactively communicate with management
• Consistently uses excellent judgment
• Ability to work harmoniously with the public, management, and instructors
• Professional and neat
