As spring and summer approach, many clients will be looking to boost athletic performance for everything from playing field sports or golf to training for marathons.

STOTT PILATES Jumpboard Strength & Conditioning
Learn programming to improve the strength and stability of hip, knee and ankle joints in both supine and standing positions. The use of a Jumpboard with the Reformer allows the hip joint to be closer to an anatomically neutral alignment when transferring forces from the soles of the feet up through the body, promoting good biomechanics of the entire lower kinetic chain. Increased spring resistance emphasizes strengthening of the arms, shoulder girdle and legs.

STOTT PILATES Interval Training on the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp, Levels 1&2
Learn to challenge and motivate clients and classes using either the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp Rebounder with the Reformer in this workshop. Innovative and simple jumping combinations are combined with upper and lower body strength and flexibility exercises. This unique cardio / strength interval workout on the solid accessory board or resilient vertical trampoline, challenges the core and total body strength while elevating the heart rate, all while focusing on proper jumping technique. This energetic format keeps clients and classes on the move.

STOTT PILATES Athletic Conditioning on the Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder
In this workshop, participants learn innovative new programming on the Reformer and Cardio-Tramp Rebounder. The workout, designed to stimulate both cardiovascular and muscular effectiveness, is ideal for both the recreational and professional athlete. Discover how to combine progressive plyometric intervals, varying both in length and intensity, with muscular strength and endurance moves on the vertical mini trampoline.

Golf Conditioning

STOTT PILATES Focus & Conditioning for Golf on the V2 Max Plus Reformer
Getting ready for the golf season just got easier with this new focus and conditioning program on the V2 Max Plus Reformer, developed by the programming specialists at Merrithew. Beginning with standing warm up drills, we examine the breath and how it can be optimized to effectively bring mental focus on the course. Next, we analyze the biomechanics of an excellent golf swing by bringing awareness to the neuromuscular, skeletal, and fascial systems to develop the proper patterning for efficiency and power.
