Fairfax Pilates is a vibrant and dynamic Pilates studio located in the heart of downtown Fairfax, VA. We are dedicated to fostering wellness, strength, and community and thrive on empowering women of all shapes and sizes. With a focus on personalized attention and high-quality instruction, we aim to create a space where individuals can thrive in their fitness journey. We specialize in private lessons, small group classes and weight loss coaching. It is our mission to help individuals become the healthiest version of themselves possible without pressure or judgment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities Pilates Instruction:

• Deliver top notch sessions that keep clients motivated
• Lead both small group classes and private sessions that are customized to individual fitness levels and abilities
• Conduct Introductory Sessions with New Clients
• Welcome new clients to our studio, conduct an introductory assessment of client fitness levels, abilities, goals and any considerations or limitations
• Recommend membership that best aligns with their goals, needs and budget
• Promotes Client Retention, Referrals, Reviews and Nominates Featured Clients
• Promotes, Supports and Participates in Studio and Member Events

Minimum Qualifications

• Trained Pilates Instructor
• Fully certified, STOTT PILATES preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Commitment to Excellence
