What can you expect in this role?
Our STOTT PILATES Instructor will report to the Studio Manager and, will be responsible for effectively motivating and leading our clients by creating a comfortable and inspiring environment
While leading a variety of health and wellness initiatives, the STOTT PILATES Instructor position will be responsible for:
- Designating, prescribing and implementing individualized exercise programs for individuals, group classes, and physiotherapy clients
- Follow up with clients to book them in for their appointments
- Collaborate with the physiotherapist about our clients in the therapeutic exercise physiotherapy program to create a personalized plan
- Solutions minded, keeps an open line of communication with Zee Pilates Studio team members addressing questions, concerns, comments, feedback that arise to preserve the values and membership integrity/experience
- Participate with the Studio Zee Pilates team with innovation and creativity to aid with team marketing, community, charitable events, and team fun days
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, as well as promote them to our clients
