Certified Pilates Trainer

Yin Yang Pilates & Yoga is a premiere Pilates and Yoga studio in Lake Zurich, Illinois specializing in one-on-one Pilates training, small group Reformer classes and Yoga and Pilates group fitness classes.

Pilates Trainers are responsible for supporting clients in their fitness journey. Trainers provide a positive client experience that supports the Yin Yang Pilates & Yoga brand which emphasizes trust, respect, integrity and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client sessions/classes that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Conduct free trials for new clients and are instrumental in identifying the client’s needs and recommending classes/sessions that meet this need
• Promote and sell Pilates private sessions, Pilates classes and Group Fit classes to clients, including attending events held inside and outside of the studio to assist in growing the business through class attendance and private sessions
• Remain current on certification and continuing education to ensure the latest Pilates trends are brought to the studio
• Must be punctual to class/session and find appropriate substitute trainer, if needed, as well as be flexible in substituting for other trainers

• Certified Pilates Trainer
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Pilates Trainer
• CPR Certified
