STARTING POSITION
Lying on back, pelvis and spine neutral. Knees bent, feet hip-distance apart on mat. Arms long by sides, palms down.

To prepare, inhale…

EXHALE contract abs and imprint spine.

INHALE return to neutral.


Complete 3–5 repetitions.
