Charge the battery
It takes roughly 2.5 hours to fully charge the ReleaZer, and the battery lasts for up to 11 hours. Charge using dual voltage (100-240V) for worldwide use, or micro USB.
Choose the right setting
The Fascia ReleaZer has two vibration settings to choose from for ultimate relaxation. The vibrations help increase blood flow and hydration throughout the body, encouraging cellular regeneration and rejuvenation of the fascial system.
Work it out
For best results, target a specific area for up to 15 minutes, three times a week. Or pop in the training DVD for more ideas on how to make the most of your ReleaZer.
