As a member of the Merrithew® team since 2000, Jennifer Dahl brings her abundant energy to the Corporate Training Center in Toronto. A highly-regarded Merrithew Lead Instructor Trainer, she teaches courses, examines students for certification and presents workshops in Canada and internationally. Additionally, Jennifer complements her teaching repertoire with a focus on high-performance athletic training, injury recovery and rehab. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, is an ACE certified professional trainer, and is also a graduate of the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. Jennifer continues to work as a professional dancer and choreographer along with her Pilates career, and has performed across Canada with numerous dance and theatre companies.
