Essential: The second edition Essential Cadillac program is the first program in a series of three covering the entire STOTT PILATES® Cadillac repertoire. The Cadillac helps your clients gain core stability, movement efficiency, and muscular balance – the key elements of a fit and functional body!
Intermediate: Take your clients to the next level of fitness and endurance with the second edition of the Intermediate Cadillac program. For clients who have mastered Essential Cadillac, this program of movement patterns will encourage less reliance on the equipment for body support, and more confidence in pursuing greater strength and coordination.
Advanced: Take your clients to the ultimate level of fitness with the second edition Advanced Cadillac exercises. This is one of the most physically and mentally intense STOTT PILATES® workouts yet.
