STOTT PILATES® Specialty Track: Interdisciplinary
Learn to create Matwork and equipment-based workouts that draw from a number of disciplines, creating flowing, functional movement sequences. These workshops teach STOTT PILATES® modifications that focus on balance, control, fascia and restoration, and result in fluid and harmonious workouts.

STOTT PILATES® Programming for Foundational Movement
This workshop is designed to assist instructors with tools to fine tune their programs and to help improve their clients’ overall physical condition, making them more resilient to injury. Experience a standing, multi-planar warm up incorporating STOTT PILATES® basic principles and foundational movement patterns, then learn to assess mobility, stability, balance and sensory awareness through these patterns. Execute exercise variables, including fascial movement concepts to increase mobility and create dynamic stability.

STOTT PILATES® Essential Matwork with Fascial Focus
This workshop provides Instructors with the tools they need to incorporate new fascial research concepts within the body of the STOTT PILATES® Essential Matwork repertoire. Following the Essential Matwork order, participants explore how exercise essences can be enhanced with new fascial research concepts, inspiring a new movement experience. Discover seamless movement flowing exercise sequences that take the body through multiple planes of movement. This workshop will spark creativity in programming and allow participants to tap into their innate body wisdom to find alternate variations that best suit their movement potential on any given day.

Halo® Training Instructor Foundation Course, Part 2
This course builds on the concepts learned in Part 1, allowing Instructors to create a variety of interval-based workouts for Level 2 and 3 clients who have been working out regularly with the Halo® Trainer Plus and are now ready for increased challenge. Instructors will establish criteria for movement mastery at a higher degree of difficulty, review the theories of interval training for overall body conditioning, strength and endurance training and injury prevention, and learn two-leveled progressions of seven different workouts. This course also features an example of a Circuit Training group class.

Total Barre® – Creating Great Choreography to Music
This workshop is the perfect opportunity to combine music and movement to create more than just a pre-choreographed fitness class. Merrithew® Intro to Fascial Movement
This workshop is a primer for the comprehensive Merrithew Fascial Movement Foundation Course. Through movement, explore the Fascial Movement Variables of Bounce, Sense, Expand and Hydrate. Discover how adding these movement variables to your programming can enhance mobility, strength and durability. This workshop consists of theory and application, and is suitable for fitness professionals with prior fascial knowledge, as well as those to whom fascia is new.

Fascial Movement Foundation Course
Designed for fitness, medical and therapy professionals, Merrithew Fascial Movement training offers a thorough understanding of what fascia is, what it does, how it moves and how to work with it across a range of varying modalities. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to incorporate content taught in the course into other fitness modalities they have trained or qualified in.

Total Barre® Endurance with Props
Incorporating props into a lively, music-inspired barre class not only provides a fun and intense challenge, but ensure target muscles are firing effectively and clients are getting the desired results. Learn unique, energetic choreography coupled with effective cues to reinforce safe biomechanics for each movement of the workout. The added resistance of the Flex-Band® and Ankle Tubing effectively activates stabilizing and mobilizing muscles, and the addition of the Mini Stability Ball provides both support and challenge.

Total Barre® Modified for Pre- and Post-Natal
Expectant and new mothers alike will reap the myriad benefits of exercising with music in this unique program. The workout keeps new moms and moms-to-be moving, and moving to music can help tackle self-image issues, reduce stress, combat postural and muscle imbalances and increase social interaction. Every move is designed to increase flexibility, balance, joint stability and pelvic floor activation while boosting moods and lifting spirits.

STOTT PILATES® Twist Ball Workout
In this workshop, participants experience a fully-integrated workout using the Twist Ball, an air-filled, weighted workout ball. The Twist Ball features a shifting center of sand and two soft foam handles. Once whole-body movement is mastered, participants can increase the variable load and challenge the connective tissue system through new, creative exercises. Learn healthy load transfer strategies using drag, pick-up and toss style movements that reinforce whole-body motion, control, strength and coordination to manage acceleration and deceleration forces. Selected exercises emphasize movement variables and fascial concepts.

STOTT PILATES® Focus & Conditioning for Golf with Toning Balls
Stability with mobility and explosive power are key elements of a great golf swing, but how can off-course training help? A targeted, dynamic warm-up, followed by specific conditioning exercises can significantly improve golf performance and increase club head speed. This golf-specific workshop features a warm-up that incorporates weighted Toning Balls providing added resistance, neuromuscular challenge and range of motion movements. These prepare the body physically, while directed breathing cues help encourage mindfulness, focus and awareness. The strengthening program that follows brings these elements together and facilitates increased quality of movement, providing the optimal balance of mobility and stability, crucial components in improved performance.

STOTT PILATES® Focus & Conditioning for Golf on the Mat
This spirited workshop includes a dynamic warm-up designed specifically to prepare the mind and body for golf. It can be used for warming up on the range, or at home, before heading out onto the course. Both the warm up and the mat-based workout that follows prepare the body physically and neuro-muscularly to take on the challenges of the sport and improve performance while avoiding injury. Ideal for off-season training, this program helps maintain physical conditioning when time on the course decreases. The specific exercises chosen build on the dynamic movements in the warm-up, increasing the essential body awareness needed to increase mobility with stability and strength imperative for a successful golf game.
