In Photo A, Laureen’s pelvis and spine remain in neutral, her shoulders and ASIS are level and her legs are parallel maintaining alignment of her knees, ankles and toes. 

In Photo B, one of Laureen’s hips is hiked, her spine is laterally flexed, and the knee of the leg on the box is turned inward, not pointing over the center of her toe.
