Athletic Conditioning For those who work with very fit clients or athletes. Focus on improving strength, power and agility. Take clients to a new level of athletic performance by challenging unilateral movement, weight transfer and torso rotation.
Golf Conditioning Those who work with golfers who want that extra edge in their sport. Learn exercises designed to increase strength, balance flexibility and power. A boost in performance on and off the green, conditioning of the entire body, enhanced core stability and body awareness.
Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning For those who work with clients recovering from injuries or with special conditions. Zero in on areas of the body which are most commonly injured. Help clients maintain strength after rehab and prevent future injuries.
Active for Life For those who want to offer specialized programming for the active aging population. Lean to adapt the STOTT PILATES Principles and exercises for active Boomers and older adults. The client will address issues such as restricted mobility to improve function in daily activities.
Pre- & Post-natal Those who work with moms-to-be from traditional Matwork to variations that address their changing bodies. Learn appropriate adaptations taking individual factors into consideration such as fitness level and health concerns. Pre-& Post-natal clients will maintain or regain fitness with safe and effective workouts that address and accommodate body changes, risk factors and movement restrictions.
Group Matwork Those who want to learn a complete repertoire of creative, effective and inspiring Matwork exercises. Learn techniques and selections to maintain motivation and ensure improvement for a wide spectrum of clients. Clients receive an effective and targeted Matwork workout through effective cuing and modifications.
Group Equipment Those who want to offer fun and invigorating group classes on equipment. Learn both classic and highly inventive exercises to guarantee stimulating sessions at a variety of levels. Clients receive a proactive equipment workout that is within their range of skill yet challenging.
Dance Those who want to learn dance-inspired programs that will help clients build strength and stability while improving balance and flexibility. Learn specially-designed exercises that combine fluidity of movement with sound biomechanical fundamentals. Clients enjoy a fun workout with unique exercises derived from the best of the dance world.
