This move is ideal for building core strength, toning the arms and shoulders, and developing balance and control.

Increase the challenge with controlled pulses while you work the rest of your body in an integrated movement.
WHAT TO DO:
1. From a standing position, shift weight onto one foot and begin to reach the other out to the back.
2. As the leg lifts higher, tip the body forward maintaining stability with the abdominals. At the same time, reach the arms forward, keeping the shoulders stabilized, Press into the Fitness Circle® Flex with short pulses ensuring stability through the knee and ankle.
3. Hold for 5-10 seconds then repeat on other foot.
Do 10 reps total.
