Q. What are the difference between the STOTT PILATES® Programming on the Tower Trainer™ Workshop and CORE ™ Athletic Conditioning on the Tower Trainer Workshop?

A. The Tower Trainer™ allows you to perform variety of new exercises as well as similar movements from the Cadillac, Reformer, and Matwork. STOTT PILATES Programming on the Tower Trainer, includes the Arc Barrel to build off the Matwork and Cadillac syllabus. This workshop focuses on core stability, as well as balance and flexibility. The spring –equipped Tower gives you extra challenge to stabilize each joint and The Sliding Stability Bar provides great support. CORE Athletic Conditioning on the Tower Trainer is more intense and ideal for intermediate and advanced level trainers and clients. This workshop includes many standing exercises to strengthen muscles in dynamic movements and active recoveries to allow muscles to rest for the next sets. This workshop is more in line with traditional fitness exercises.
