Quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hamstrings, iliacus, psoas major, rectus abdominis, internal/external obliques


Start: With 1 spring on and supine on carriage, imprinted position, upper torso flexed, hands behind head, legs adducted, and feet on Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder

Inhale: Prepare

Exhale: Jump, bringing one leg to tabletop

Inhale: Land with both feet

Exhale: Jump, bringing other leg to tabletop

Inhale: Land with both feet

Repeat 8-10 times
