Q: How does the Halo® Trainer make the plank position more achievable for my client?

A: The stable Halo Trainer is made of durable steel and has been tested up to 800 pounds.  When used with a Stability Ball™, it makes this unstable piece of equipment more stable. Without the Halo Trainer, the body has to work harder against the movement of the ball.  The Halo Trainer keeps the ball in one position.  This ensures that the client can focus more on their alignment and abdominal connection until they build enough strength for more instability.  The Halo Trainer makes it easier to progress the client gradually to focus on correct muscle firing sequence without overloading the body too quickly. The Halo Trainer is great to use in a private or a group setting.
