Q. What are the benefits of using the Cross-Bow™?

A. The Cross-Bow is designed with curved handles that extend above and beyond the height and width of a standard Jumpboard.  It ensures perfect alignment of the hands, wrists and shoulders in exercises where the user would normally hold the top of the Jumpboard. 

The cushioned bar provides a sturdy grip that facilitates exercises in standing and lunging positions, while the wider grip can accommodate exercisers with broader shoulders. The wrist joints can be placed in a more ideal position because of its rounded shape and the padding on the bar also provides a softer surface for sensitive wrists.  

The height of the Cross-Bow is adjustable and can be raised higher than the Footbar. This serves to decrease the load on the shoulders in plank positions like the Long Stretch, and is also ideal to accommodate short hamstrings in exercises like Elephant and Up Stretch.
