OBLIQUES: supine, imprinted position, upper torso flexed

Have your legs tabletop, feet against the jumpboard, hands behind head

Inhale: Prepare

Exhale: Jump and extend one leg, rotating torso to opposite bent knee

Inhale: Begin to switch legs

Exhale: Extend other leg, rotating torso to opposite side

Inhale: Begin to switch legs.

Continue for 8-10 reps
