Group Pilates Equipment Classes
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for all members who attend
- Teach motivating and engaging Pilates group classes on Reformer, Tower, and Stability Chair that are level appropriate for 3-6 students
- Contribute to the development of innovative, creative class programming
Private Pilates Instructor
- Lead private or duet Pilates sessions with the intention of empowering our members through the Pilates Method
- Provide excellent service to recurring clients by communicating clearly about scheduling, helping them to achieve their goals through intelligent programming, and building strong trust and rapport with the member
- Serve new clients with a thorough introductory session that demonstrates how the method can help them achieve their desired outcomes

Job requirements
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification from a reputable Pilates Training Organization
- Basic understanding of Anatomy and Postural Analysis
- Good oral communication skills
- Good written communication skills
- Good member service skills
- Basic knowledge of working with special populations and ability to modify workouts for special needs
- A minimum of one year teaching experience
- Ability to adapt and interact with different personality types
