About us

Centered Studio Pilates is a bright and welcoming, fully-equipped boutique Pilates studio located in San Leandro, California established in 2013. We pride ourselves in creating a warm, encouraging, and inclusive environment for clients of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. We have recently reopened for in-person sessions after the shelter-in-place closure and we are quickly filling our schedule.

• Certified as a Pilates Teacher (Mat and equipment) by a reputable contemporary (non-classical) training program
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience or 500 teaching hours after certification
• Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Desire to teach Pilates safely and effectively for post-rehabilitative conditioning, functional movement, and seniors. Able to think on your feet and modify for common musculoskeletal injuries
• Career-Teacher, dedicated, and dependable
• Positive, empathetic, and genuinely enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident in teaching group classes and private sessions both in-person and online
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including adhering to strict COVID-19 protocols
• A dedicated team player who values their work and wants to learn and grow professionally
