We are looking for seasoned, fully certified Pilates instructors to add to our team. You will be working amongst high quality, experienced instructors in our busy, fully-equipped studio, with dedicated clientele. We offer private and semi-private instruction, as well as small group apparatus classes. We have an outdoor canopy set up in our private parking lot and are proud to have offered our instructors work throughout the pandemic in a virtual and outdoor setting. Due to client demand we are ready to add to our team!
We have a wonderful community of loyal clients and instructors that we have built up over the past 20+ years. We are located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto on Emerson Street. You will be surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shops, upscale boutiques and additional small businesses that make our community thrive. Our studio is beautiful, inviting, and well-equipped with machines and props.
As we get ready to move indoors (hopefully any week now), Reach Pilates Studio will follow all city and state guidelines before reopening. We will open as soon as we are allowed to with policies that keep our clients and team safe. We will continue to offer outdoor services so that any staff and clients who prefer to remain outdoors have that option.
Our new studio manager, Kathleen Paice, is excited to add to our already hard-working, passionate and positive team as we reopen our indoors. She has been successfully running the virtual and outdoor studio offerings and is working hand in hand with instructors and clients to make a safe and seamless transition back to indoor instruction.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. We offer base pay for group classes with the additional incentive per additional client. Our pay rates are highly competitive for the Bay Area. We hire as employees (we pay a portion of taxes and sick pay) and full-time staff are eligible for benefits (health, dental, vision).
