Bridgeham is a well-established private practice in Crawley, West Sussex, with more than 25 years’ proven experience.
The multi-disciplinary team of osteopaths, Pilates instructors, massage therapists and associated well-being therapists will support you and your patients to achieve their personal goals.
As an instructor at Bridgeham you will benefit from being around a team of experienced Pilates instructors. You may wish to take part in our regular in-house continued professional development workshops and circuit classes, and observe the various disciplines at work.
Bridgeham has a dedicated Pilates/Garuda machine studio equipped with Pilates machines and two Garuda machines, which makes Bridgeham the only clinic offering Garuda in the south east of England. There is also a large, modern Movement Studio, which allows Bridgeham to offer a wide variety of Pilates and other movement classes under one roof. We also have five consulting/treatment rooms where we offer osteopathy, massage (sports and therapeutic), acupuncture, nutrition, hypnotherapy, foot health, health screening and Pranic Healing.
We are looking for enthusiastic, fully-qualified and experienced Pilates machine and Mat instructors to join our growing team.
Bridgeham currently offers Pilates and Garuda Matwork classes. We would also consider Barre classes, as they complement our existing movement programme.
We offer a 55% fee split to the practitioner for every paying patient seen, up to 24 one-hour appointments per month. For every paying patient over 25 the practitioner will receive 65% of the fee paid.
The fee split for classes is 50/50, or you can rent the Movement Studio and run your own classes for £18 per hour (including VAT)
Applicants should ideally have completed a Pilates machine course and can supply appropriate certification. The ideal applicant will be Mat, machine, Garuda, Barre and pregnancy trained. We are also looking for a minimum of two-years’ proven experience of teaching machine and Matwork Pilates. References will be required, together with evidence of appropriate insurance and current First Aid certification.
