Upminster Sports Massage & Pilates are looking for a Pilates Teacher to teach 3 Matwork classes on Sundays starting at 08:30 am (there is also an opportunity to teach 1:1’s after the classes [Matwork or Reformer] if desired.
They are also looking for a Pilates Teacher to teach 3 Matwork classes on Thursdays 6:10 pm-9:15 pm, and a Barre teacher for Saturday afternoons.
They are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, inspiring, has excellent communication skills and attention to detail, is a team player, and is passionate about helping people mitigate their back pain (or other pain) through Pilates.
A commitment to regular CPD training is essential. They offer in-house training and mentoring and would welcome applications from newly qualified teachers as well as those with experience.
Applicants should have an excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, and Matwork teachers should either be Pregnancy and Bone Health (Osteoporosis) trained, or be prepared to undertake these courses within the next few months. Applicants for the Sunday morning or Thursday evening classes must also have a car.
A qualification in Reformer would be a bonus but not essential.
