A calm atmosphere and sunny environment helps create an ideal frame of mind to maximize the benefits of your workout. The studio has 2 independent areas for equipment-based and mat-based workouts. We offer an extensive list of equipment including Reformers, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Stability Chair, Spine Corrector, Fitness Circles and weighted balls to provide the most beneficial workout for individual needs. The studio also has shower and changing room facilities, lockers and a small pantry (with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits).
