Total Training Time 125 hours

Duration: Complete in 3 weeks or 4 weekends (varies by Training Center).

Additional Practical Training Requirements

Observation – Watch STOTT PILATES Certified Instructors and Instructor Trainers in live sessions with clients or via Merrithew Connect.

Physical Review – Personally practice exercises learned in class.

Practice Teaching – Teach STOTT PILATES repertoire to clients, fellow students or via video sessions.

Note: Practice logs must be submitted before the final exam.

Flexible Modular Learning – IR1 & IR2

To accommodate different schedules, the IMP course is available in two modules:

IR1 – Module 1 (Essential Reformer)

  • ✔ 30 hours instruction & supervised teaching
  • ✔ 6 hours observation
  • ✔ 25 hours physical review
  • ✔ 15 hours practice teaching
  • Total: 76 hours
  • CECs: 3.0 STOTT PILATES

IR2 – Module 2 (Intermediate Reformer)

  • ✔ 20 hours instruction & supervised teaching
  • ✔ 4 hours observation
  • ✔ 15 hours physical review
  • ✔ 10 hours practice teaching
  • Total: 49 hours
  • CECs: 2.0 STOTT PILATES
