Duration: Complete in 3 weeks or 4 weekends (varies by Training Center).
Observation – Watch STOTT PILATES Certified Instructors and Instructor Trainers in live sessions with clients or via Merrithew Connect™.
Physical Review – Personally practice exercises learned in class.
Practice Teaching – Teach STOTT PILATES repertoire to clients, fellow students or via video sessions.
Note: Practice logs must be submitted before the final exam.
To accommodate different schedules, the IMP course is available in two modules:
IR1 – Module 1 (Essential Reformer)
- ✔ 30 hours instruction & supervised teaching
- ✔ 6 hours observation
- ✔ 25 hours physical review
- ✔ 15 hours practice teaching
- ✔ Total: 76 hours
- ✔ CECs: 3.0 STOTT PILATES
IR2 – Module 2 (Intermediate Reformer)
- ✔ 20 hours instruction & supervised teaching
- ✔ 4 hours observation
- ✔ 15 hours physical review
- ✔ 10 hours practice teaching
- ✔ Total: 49 hours
- ✔ CECs: 2.0 STOTT PILATES
