Duration: Complete in 2 weeks or 3 weekends (varies by Training Center).
Observation – Watch STOTT PILATES Certified Instructors and Instructor Trainers in live sessions with clients or via Merrithew Connect™.
Physical Review – Personally practice exercises learned in class.
Practice Teaching – Teach STOTT PILATES repertoire to clients, fellow students or via video sessions.
Note: Practice logs must be submitted before the final exam.
To accommodate different schedules, the IMP course is available in two modules:
IMP1 – Module 1 (Essential Matwork)
- ✔ 25 hours instruction & supervised teaching
- ✔ 6 hours observation
- ✔ 20 hours physical review
- ✔ 10 hours practice teaching
- ✔ Total: 61 hours
- ✔ CECs: 2.5 STOTT PILATES
IMP2 – Module 2 (Intermediate Matwork)
- ✔ 15 hours instruction & supervised teaching
- ✔ 4 hours observation
- ✔ 10 hours physical review
- ✔ 5 hours practice teaching
- ✔ Total: 34 hours
- ✔ CECs: 1.5 STOTT PILATES
