The ICCB program is divided into three separate modules, allowing you to complete each part at your own pace:

Intensive Cadillac (ICAD)

Prerequisite

  • Completion of CMR or IMP or IR

What You'll Learn

  • 125 Cadillac exercises for Essential & Intermediate levels.
  • ✔ Use of Roll-Down Bar, Push-Thru Bar, Trapeze, Fuzzy Straps, Leg & Arm Springs.
  • Focus on biomechanics, modifications, and safety.
