The newly expanded studio features designated rooms for a variety of workouts and programs. The 5,800 square foot facility features the following spaces: Reception/Pro Shop, Private Pilates Training Room, a Loft for our Barre classes, Group Fitness Room, Group Pilates Equipment Room, Personal Training Room, and a designated Spinning^™ Room.

Our fully-equipped fitness and Pilates studio features Merrithew^® Equipment including 3 V2 Max Plus Reformers, 4 Rack & Roll Reformers, 6 SPX^® Reformers, 1 V2 Max Rehab Reformer, 1 Cadillac, 2 Spring Walls, 12 Split-Pedal Stability Chairs, 2 Ladder Barrels, Arc Barrels, Spine Correctors and a variety of other top of the line fitness equipment. We specialize in fitness education, including STOTT PILATES^®, TRX, CORE^{™ †}, ZEN•GA^®, SPINNING, and JGFIT – a program designed to prepare people to become certified personal trainers.
