Pilates Holistic Center Hamburg is the first studio in Hamburg teaching the STOTT PILATES^® method. It was founded in March of 2007 by Sandra de Sousa Machado. The studio is located in the St. Pauli district, the western downtown of Hamburg and is easily accessible on foot or by bus and trains. Public parking spaces are also available. The studio is located in a quiet backyard. The 118sqm, light flooded loft-style facility offers a cozy and open environment with a sunny roof-deck for exercises and relaxing, change rooms, showers with amenities and a separate change room. The studio is fully equipped with Merrithew^® Equipment and accessories.
