Training a team is a unique and dynamic experience for both the athletes and the trainer. A team can be any group that comes together and shares a common goal. Improving athleticism requires a functional approach to movement training that targets speed, agility and quickness. Prepared by the experts at Merrithew™, this workshop is designed to teach concepts used for team training through the application of a specifically designed workout that will increase athleticism, decrease the incidence of injuries and improve overall performance. The training concepts of the CORE™ Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training™ program will be discussed in conjunction with this workout.
- Describe basic variables that can be manipulated to optimize team training
