Build your exercise library with a class-ready overall workout that provides practical examples of the concepts of Breath, Support, Yield and Flow: the principles of the ZEN•GA® program. This workshop, from the movement experts at Merrithew™, incorporates new research linking fascia to muscle contraction, force transmission, posture and proprioception. Use small props in a buoyant, playful way in an accessible workout with a lower body emphasis. Learn to honor individual freedoms and limitations and customize exercises to avoid triggering pain and maximize movement efficiency.
