This workshop, developed by the Merrithew™ programming team, discusses various types of surgeries, reconstruction techniques and their associated treatments. Muscular imbalances, medication side effects and specific exercise requirements are examined with an eye to creating a safe and effective exercise program. Targeted exercises on the mat and on the Reformer with Toning Balls™ focus on improving range of motion, addressing postural alignment, increasing strength and mobility and gaining overall day-to-day functionality.
