In this workshop created by the team at Merrithew, participants learn crucial information regarding osteoporosis, its diagnosis and treatment. Discover how a FRAX Fracture Risk Assessment Tool (FRAX) score is used to determine risk, and identify other risk factors for osteoporosis and fracture. Understand the importance of balance, strength, safe movement transitions in fall prevention and fracture risk reduction when working with osteoporosis clients. Walk away with a framework to create effective and safe programs for any client with any stage of osteoporosis.
